Shipping methods
Our packages are shipped using reliable couriers depending on destination:
- Italy: Bartolini
- Europe and the rest of the world: Poste Italiane, UPS, DPD
- USA and Canada: FedEx, UPS, DHL
All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your package until delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and destination of the package during checkout.
Free shipping for selected European countries
For medium-sized parcels, we offer free shipping to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain.

We currently do not offer express delivery (1-2 days). If needed, please contact us and we will find a solution.

- There are no weight restrictions, as shipping depends on the quantity and size of your 3D prints.
