Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy means that you have 14 days after receiving your 3D printed item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Customized or personalized 3D printed models (made on request) cannot be returned.
  • 3D printed models with electronic components (e.g., night lamps) can only be returned if unused, in full working order, and in original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been modified, tested, or used.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return costs and restocking Fee

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A restocking fee of 1% will be deducted from the refund amount for any approved return.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
